Food ordered and paid in advance online not supplied by IRCTC online booking vendor MFN Ambala Cantt PNR No 28644269xx. Mobile No 99531944xx. Vendor when contacted on phone told us order is in process even when train left the Ambala station.

1)confirm w/L to be told coach Number to avoid wait of chart out
2) New Delhi over head bridge escalator to provid and not to put off.It should start automatically when ever a passenger reached there.

Dear Sir,

I had booked tickets for journey from Sealdah to New Delhi (PNR no. 67*********) and from Howrah to New Delhi (PNR No. 66*********) – both the journeys were to be undertaken on 08.11.2013 (snapshots given below).

As the reservation request was not confirmed anyone would understand that the refund would automatically be reverted to the account of the payee. To be on the safer side I had also filed a TDR report.

While going through the TDR status very recently, to my surprise I found out that instead of refund Admin had regretted. This is not expected from a Govt organization and requires a thorough investigation from your side because it is not only a question of customer’s faith but also the question of Government’s credibility in the eyes of the public.

Hope not only the amount payable to me would be refunded with interest but exemplary punishment would also be awarded to the person’s guilty for this.
